Educational Institutions
Educational institutions are preparing the next generation of leaders to participate effectively in an increasingly multicultural world. Regardless of the teaching level (K-12, Community College, College, or University) these institutions have a responsibility to address the cultural readiness of administration, staff, and faculty to achieve that goal. In some institutions the faculty and administration do not reflect the full diversity of the student body. In others, predominately white institutions are teaching a predominately white student body.
